1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Postrflow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Postrflow is operated by Internet Kids, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Postrflow," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Postrflow is a creator workflow management platform that helps content creators manage ideas, track productions, monitor social media performance, and organize their creative business. The Service is currently in private beta and features may change at any time.
The Service also includes optional SMS (text) messages for idea capture and account or service notifications, sent only if you verify your mobile number and opt in; see our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Postrflow. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Access during the beta period is by invitation only.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at team@postrflow.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Third-Party Platform Integrations
Postrflow connects to third-party platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok via their respective APIs. By connecting these accounts, you authorize Postrflow to access and display data from those platforms in accordance with their terms of service. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your account settings.
Your use of connected platforms remains subject to those platforms' own terms of service and privacy policies. Postrflow is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Postrflow to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
7. Intellectual Property
Postrflow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Postrflow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours. We claim no ownership over ideas, productions, or other data you create within the Service.
8. Beta Service Disclaimer
Postrflow is currently in beta. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or feature availability during the beta period. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postrflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Postrflow at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of Postrflow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
