Ian Dokie

Ian Dokie

Ian has been on every side of the creator economy: building channels, managing talent, and producing the events where creators gather. He co-founded Next Up Studios and was Executive Producer of Life Noggin, then led creators at the talent firm Concurrent. Today he's also CEO and Executive Producer of Open Sauce, the premier festival for the maker and creator community. He started Postrflow because he's watched, again and again, how much business sits behind a single upload, and how little of it the tools actually help with.

MaiLinh Nguyen

MaiLinh Nguyen

MaiLinh has been in the room when it all falls apart: the shoot that ran three hours over, the brand deal that came in the night before upload, the inbox that became a second job. As a producer for top-tier creators, including Jake Paul, Team 10, and Safiya Nygaard, and a former programming lead at VidCon, she's spent years inside the machine that turns ideas into content at scale. She built Postrflow because she watched too many talented creators burn out from lack of systems, not lack of creativity.

Matthew Harris

Matthew Harris

Matthew managed creators before most brands knew what a creator was. He helped indie talent build real careers, launching merch lines, closing six-figure deals, and turning passion projects into businesses. He saw firsthand how much operational chaos sits behind every upload. So he went deep on the technical side: NASA JPL, Disney, now product at Favorited. Postrflow is what happens when someone who's actually been a creator's right hand learns to build software.
